New updates are added at the bottom of this story …….

The original story (published September 23, 2021) follows:

The Google My Business platform allows users to easily manage their business profile. In addition, providers can interact with consumers for free through Google search and Google Maps.

Business owners can verify their information through Google My Business, which can further help improve their online presence. In fact, the service has helped many business owners grow in recent times.

However, an issue appears to be causing issues for people with a Google My Business account. According to several reports, the Info section or tab of Google My Business is not working properly.

Users receive error 429 when they go to the Information tab of their Google My Business account. This annoys them as they cannot edit or update their business information.

The problem appears to be widespread, and there is currently no workaround for error 429 on Google My Business. The exact cause of the problem is unclear, but it appears to be a fault on Google’s server side.

When I try to access the Info tab on the Google My Business platform, I cannot see the page.
