How to check the IPO award status of Fino Payments bank

Navi Mumbai-based financial technology firm Fino Payments Bank is expected to announce the award status of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) today, November 9.

The IPO was open for subscription from October 29 to November 1 with a price range of 560 to 577 per share. Fino is seeking to raise 1,200 crore through a public listing, of which 900 crore is through an offer to sell 1.56 crore of shares and 300 crore from a new issue of 52 lakh shares. The IPO price range is set at 560-577 per share.

The company received good demand from investors, who oversubscribed the IPO by 2.03 times. The portion reserved for retail investors was oversubscribed 5.92 times on the last day of the tender process.

However, demand from non-institutional investors was not as good as the portion reserved for non-institutional investors was only subscribed 0.21 times.

The company claims to be the first profitable player in the payment banking industry to enter the Indian stock market. Paytm is another online payment bank that will be listed soon.

  • Go to the ESB website or the NSE website here.
  • On the ESB, select “Equity”, then from the drop-down list, select “Fino Payments Bank”.
  • Now enter your application number and PAN.
  • Click on ‘Search’.
  • Please note that details will only be available once the shares have been awarded.

  • Visit the Registrar’s website here.
  • Click on “Select a company” and click on “Fino Payments Bank”.
  • Once the company is selected, you will need to enter either your PAN details, application number, or client ID.
  • Enter the captcha and click “submit”.

Once you have clicked on “submit”, the status of your request will appear on the screen. Please make sure the details you provide are correct. It will indicate the number of shares that you have subscribed to and the number of shares that have been allocated to you.
