Starbucks Holiday Mug: How to Get Your Free Reusable Mug


Customers who order a craft holiday drink from U.S. Starbucks stores on Thursday will receive their drink in a “limited edition reusable red mug.”

Starbucks said supplies are limited and the offer applies to all ordering methods, including through its app, in person, or through Uber Eats.

This year’s reusable mug design features a “classic holiday red, with playful swirls of glittering ribbon dancing against a starry sky,” according to a press release. The same design is also used on its paper cups as part of the chain’s larger holiday theme showcased earlier this month.
The cup is made from 50% recycled material and customers can return it to Starbucks (SBUX) for a 10 cent discount on future drink orders.

To receive the Reusable Tumbler, customers must order a Holiday Craft Drink or Fall Beverage (hot, iced or mixed). These items include the Apple Crisp Macchiato, Peppermint Mocha, Pumpkin Cream Cold Infusion, and Toasted White Hot Chocolate.

Regular brewed and iced coffee is not included in the promotion, nor are holiday coffee blends such as Christmas Starbucks Reserve.

Starbucks’ holiday-themed mugs have become a tradition that sparks the enthusiasm of loyal customers. This year, the chain expects to achieve record sales and expects more than $ 3 billion to be added to Starbucks gift cards.
