The Kardashians are still dealing with Britney Spears’ ex-manager

Several members of the Kardashian-Jenner family worked with former Britney Spears business manager Lou Taylor as recently as this year.

California Secretary of State documents obtained by Page Six indicated that Taylor had at various times served as a “service agent” for Kim Kardashian’s KKW Fragrance LLC and KimsAPrincess Inc., Kylie Jenner’s cosmetics giant, King Kylie LLC. , Kendall Jenner’s eponymous company, Kris Jenner’s nonprofit Kardashian Jenner Family Foundation and even Cactus Jack Enterprises LLC of Kylie’s boyfriend Travis Scott.

Taylor’s name and the West Hollywood address of his company, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group, were listed in filings for KKW Fragrance LLC on November 14, 2020, KimsAPrincess Inc. on November 18, 2020, King Kylie LLC on December 14, 2020. 16, 2020, Kendall Jenner Inc. on May 7, 2021, Kardashian Jenner Family Foundation Inc. on July 20, 2020 and Cactus Jack Enterprises LLC on February 26, 2020.

However, Taylor’s name was not found in more recent records, including KKW Fragrance LLC on July 7, 2021 and Kendall Jenner Inc. on July 8, 2021. The eResidentAgent Inc. business entity was listed instead, although the The Tri Star address was still used for mail purposes.

The extent of Taylor’s current involvement in brands is not known. It is also unclear why she was no longer personally named in this summer’s briefing statements.

While a source exclusively told Page Six that the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ stars “only want the best for Britney and wish her true happiness,” a second insider said the famous clan “believes due process and trust the professionals who work for and alongside them have their best interests at heart until proven guilty.

Page Six has reached out to representatives for the Kardashian-Jenners and Taylor’s attorney for comment.

Kris, 65, also has ties to another controversial figure in Spears’ life: Edan Yemini. Radar Online reported in the summer of 2019 that the mom hired Yemini as a bodyguard, a job he also held for the pop star, 39, under his tutelage.

Yemini has since been accused of working in tandem with Taylor’s Tri Star partner Robin Greenhill and Spears’ father, Jamie, to monitor the “Toxic” singer’s phone and secretly record it in her bedroom.

A Yemini lawyer claimed in the New York Times documentary “Controlling Britney Spears” in September that he and his team at Black Box Security “behaved within professional, ethical and legal boundaries” while working for Spears. A lawyer for Tri Star, meanwhile, called any suggestion that Taylor and Greenhill were involved in the implementation of security measures “false”.

Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, nonetheless vowed to investigate further what he called “horrific and unreasonable invasions” of his client’s privacy.

Taylor and his company, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group, have been criticized in recent documentaries about Spears’ tutelage.

Tri Star, who has also represented celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, began providing business management services for the Spears estate during her “Circus” tour in 2009 and went on to work for the ensemble. of his estate before resigning in 2020.

The Grammy winner’s mother Lynne and court documents previously obtained by Page Six both said Taylor was involved in conversations about the start of Spears’ guardianship in 2008, but Taylor’s attorney Charles Harder, denied in a letter that she had played a role. “In the creation” of the legal arrangement.

The Kardashians, for their part, have spoken out in the past in favor of releasing Spears from his restrictive tutelage – despite their mutual connection to Taylor.

Aspiring lawyer Kim, 40, wrote on Instagram in March that she felt “a lot of empathy” for the music superstar, adding: “No matter how public someone’s life looks. , no one deserves to be treated with such cruelty or such judgment [sic] for entertainment.

Her sister Khloé Kardashian, meanwhile, tweeted in June: “No one should be treated like this. Stay strong Queen !! You deserve better #FreeBritney.
