In response to CNA, SIA said around 4 p.m. that its website was back up and running.

“Our website temporarily encountered technical problems for a few minutes. Customers can now re-access the Singapore Airlines website, view our flight schedules and book flights, ”said a spokesperson for the SIA.

Transport Minister S Iswaran announced yesterday that Singapore is expanding its vaccine lane program to eight countries in Europe and North America – namely Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands Bottom, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The arrangement allows fully vaccinated travelers from these countries to enter Singapore without having to self-quarantine, subject to requirements such as the need to pass polymerase chain reaction tests prior to departure and upon departure. arrival.

Applications for vaccinated passes for travelers from the eight newly announced countries will begin next Tuesday at 10 a.m. to enter Singapore from October 19.
