Rader said he was alerted to the station by a citizen and passed the information on to a detective.

James Anthony Kertz was being held in the county jail without bond, Sherri Roe, a criminal data technician with the Sheriff’s Office, told CNN.
She confirmed that Kertz is the same person mentioned in the Sheriff’s Facebook post.
